In the polytunnel, raised beds are being constructed using straw bales as walls infilled with soil. Sixty tonnes of topsoil will be delivered and hoisted over the hedge onto the site, using a crane. Then comes the hard work!
When the beds are finished, they will be suitable for use by disabled people.
